Long Weekend... from HELL!
What a weekend. It has had some real positive bits! Got to see Liluri again, which was great. Had Karen and Matt over which was great. Went to Kathy & Paul's wedding, which was great. Had a Sunday night video night which Mynxii won by finding a movie so intolerable that we turned it off.
BUT.
Blew up the car. Put too much oil in it. It's currently stuck in Leederville, and no mechanics in the area were open on the long weekend. Sorry Martin! I killed your baby!
Buggered up my back. Was digging holes for roll on turf and just screwed it up. This is despite me taking care of my back. At one point we were worried that I'd have to get a CAT scan on it. Instead I have been given very groovy drugs to take for a few days.
Sigh!

It's getting fixed up as we speak.
And the back? Also being fixed up as we speak? Ah, the drugs, of course. And I really shudder to think of a film so awful. I've seen some of the things you guys appear to have endured in the past, and the mind boggles...
