One was using a solvent based cleaning product with no breathing gear. Better yet was his mate with the high pressure waterhose and the CIGARETTE! This was all within 5 metres of a small fuel dump. I was just waiting for the high pressure hose to create a suction vortex to suck some of those fumes across...
