Augh!
I am currently setting up a very large Home Theatre setup. We have just paid for a big antenna, so that we can get all the nice HDTV stuff to go with the setup. Currently the spirally antenna I found in the bin a few years back and "repaired" with a stick and some cable ties is performing approximately 50%-500% better. Go Technology, Go!

Oh well.
