Eurovision!

If any of you haven't already arranged to do this, make sure you get a bunch of friends together and watch Eurovision. It's a hoot!

Des Mangen's commentary was top notch and his offers of rewards for any country voting for Norway were a source of much amusement, as were his little insights into the voting.
"Oh look, Cypruss voting for Greece. What a suprise"

Memorable this year was the winners, Ruslana from the Ukraine, with their song "Wild dances" which appeared to have been performed by the cast of "Xena:Warrior Princess", complete with Leather and Whips.

The award for the mos overtly Homosexual performer was cleanly won by Deen from Bosnia & Herzegovina for his completely camp performance for "In the Disco" which also featured the worlds most deformed disco "ball". (It was positively Non-Euclidean)

And finally, there was the innocent comment that led to one act being renamed "The Belgium Fisting Song".
