Rise of a New World Order

At this point in the day (12:00 +8:00GMT) it looks like George W will retain power, and we'll be seeing the rise of the New World Order. Will the New Labor in England be able to survive with many of it's "allies" moving from "centrist" controlled Conservative parties, to outright (and indeed increased) majorities for the Conservatives. Will the Tories gain new energy from this?

With a "Clear Mandate" available to the leaders of the "Free" world, I wonder how long it'll remain free?
