Warning! Bad Pun Ahead!

I have returned to GMming after an extended hiatus with a group that meets on Wednesday evenings. It is good to be in the drivers seat again.

We are currently playing a little adventure I call "IOU, Klass of '02". It was originally written 2 years ago (thus the name) and is set in the Illuminati University universe. We are using the rather funky and free Risus system which is working well.

The characters, having surviverd their fresher year have all received a letter informing them that their application for student accomodation has been approved and they are now all sharing a 6 bedroom house just off campus.

At this point the players look around at the other 4 players and realise that there is going to be an NPC in the batch.

So they arrive to be greeted by a "Louis Richards" who claims to be from Melbourne.

He's wearing a long grey bulky cloak.

He's an albino.

He has a strange habit of listening to Hawkwind at funny hours.

He's allergic to EVERYTHING including one of the players.

He claims to have a pet Koala and thinks the Opera House is just down the road from his house.

When the Ninja attack, the players get suspicious and corner him. He's wearing battle armour under his robe and has a sword called "Stormbringer" on his back.

Only after the gamin session does one of the players work out what the characters couldn't.
