Back, and Almost Coherent

Wow! I have survived.

Continuum rocked. It really, really rocked. I got less than 5 hours sleep every night. I feel like the walking dead but it still rocked.

It felt somewhere between a small Swancon and a big Borderlands.

Stand up commedian Daleks are great.

All the panels I attended were good. Melbourne fandom made us Perthites feel welcome. In return, we showed 'em why we have a reputation for room parties. They didn't seem to mind.

Dinner with Eddie Campbell and Guff Guy (Hey Pat!), plus assorted fans was really fun too.

Um.

We purchased 2 tickets before they even announced their guests for next year.

In all of this I STILL managed to find time to sneak out and catch a live act, CasioNova who, despite not being particularly challenged by rhythm, tonality or timing still put on an amazing show. I think it helped that he was in a blue boiler suit with a blue turned up baseball cap. I kept waiting for him to start jumping up to hit the roof for coins.
