Another of those "what were they on?" ideas that are always so amusing. A bunch of people who play "pacman" in real life in downtown Manhattan!

One dresses up as PacMan and 4 friends dress up as the ghosts and try and catch him!

All co-ordinated via mobiles and GPS systems! The street finds it's own uses for things!
