Stuff That Happened on the Weekend
Had an interesting weekend. Firstly on Friday night I decided to quit Japanese. This was a difficult choice but I found myself falling further and further behind in japanese, and it was stressing me too much. Sez was very supportive. We watched Fast and the Furious. It was suitably mindless.
Saturday day started with a mega shopping expedition. Sez was buying clothes. So was Lil. I bought a computergame. I was HOPING to get Diabolo II + Lords of Destruction as a bundle, but I wasn't quite prepeared to spend $100 on the bundle they had. Instead I bought Neverwinther Nights. I AM enjoying this. Whoo! I am also looking forward to breaking out the pack at the end and bashing together a few of my own levels. Open ended gameplay like this is always fun.
Saturday night was a mostly quiet affair.
Sunday was also quiet except for some relative trying to sell us Amway. I refuse to trust any "business venture" where they won't name the product for the first hour and a half. Besides, ten seconds of searching on the net will reveal many people who have had problems selling Amway. Why should I follow that path?
So I played NWN instead (of course!). I also cleaned off the BBQ and we are cooking again. Loove BBQ.
And then it was time for more NWN. I haven't been this addicted to a game in ages!
